Consulting
Families just want to do the right thing, but so often in the world of aging, the right choice is not clear. Difficult decisions are often painful and only made worse by the pressure to act quickly.
Questions about diagnosis, prognosis, financial concerns, levels of care, resources, and next steps can feel overwhelming and paralyzing.
Meet with our team and walk away with new clarity around your situation, clear next steps, and a renewed sense of hope.
WHEN YOU NEED EXPERT GUIDANCE
-
Care Management
Our experienced Care Managers are here for your loved one when you can't be or when you need more guidance yourself.
Think of us as surrogate family members, but with medical and advocacy experience.
We are here to make sure your family member is getting the best care possible by arranging or overseeing care in their home, at a facility, or during a hospitalization.
Many families appreciate having someone to call, help with decision-making, and coordinate and oversee services.
ON-GOING SUPPORT
-
Coaching
Many folks appreciate having a coach to hold their hand and consult with through the caregiving journey. Coaches meet weekly, monthly, qtly or as needed to review next steps and creative approaches to caregiving. Our coaches love to work with caregivers to find helpful interventions, monitor self-care, and provide education about dementia intervention and approaches.
